This Class C is the perfect size. It can be parked inside all of the National Parks (28ft max). It is EASY to drive, EASY to park, and EASY to fuel up.
All new tires, new cabin batteries, it gets between 14-16.5 mpg, and has 35,800 miles on it.

You can seat 4 inside (double recliner and swivel bucket seats) and the living room slide out is large enough that you can add two more folding chairs and a small card table. If you do this, it seats 6 inside.
The kitchen has extra counter space, it can fold up to use, and down when not in use. There is also a removable table that can be attached in the living room area.
It sleeps 6. Two in queen bed, two in bed over the cab (it has never been used, and is still wrapped in plastic), and two in the extra large, lay down, double recliner.The sewage tank has only had urine in it, and no paper and no solid wastehave ever been in it.
There are 3 TV’S (inside and out), a stereo system (inside and out), and a CD and DVD player.
It has a rear camera for backing up, towing, etc., along with a receiver hitch.

We are a retired couple and took very good care of this motorhome. It IS CLEAN.
